When decorating your home in Halloween decor, don’t forget your coffee bar area. It’s the perfect place to tuck in some ghostly coffee mugs and decor for a spooky (or adorable!) space. With the right decor pieces it can be quite complementary to your other decor.

There’s a first time for everything right?! I’ve never decorated our coffee station for the holidays. But now I’m thinking I should! I absolutely adore this Ghostly Halloween Coffee Bar Decor Idea in our kitchen.

When I was getting ready to decorate for Halloween this year I didn’t intend on doing anything with the coffee bar area. But then I was in Marshalls and found this adorable ghost wall decor with a coffee mug in its’ hands and I fell in love with it.

Ghostly Halloween Coffee Bar

What inspired this whole home decor setup was the ghost art painting holding a hot coffee mug. It also paired well with my Halloween Sweets Coffee Table Tray Idea which is directly across from the coffee bar area.

One of the easiest ways to stay organized once the autumn seasons arrives is with our tracker.

When designing your own Halloween decor I cannot emphasize enough to choose a theme and stick to it. In this case, my theme was ghosts and I added a touch of orange to coordinate with the other Halloween decor in the kitchen space.

Ghostly Coffee Mugs

One day while walking around Target I stumbled across these adorable mini ghost mugs. Then I found the wood mug tree and well, as they say, the rest is history.

What made this find extra was the fact that there was only 5 mini ghost mugs but the wood mug tree held 6 mugs. Then I found another ghost mug holding a pumpkin. That mug was the finishing touch I needed to tie this Halloween coffee bar idea in with the rest of the decor.

Ghostly Wall Decor

The space these pictures hang in the coffee bar area is right under the wine rack. The center painting of a ghost holding a hot cup of coffee is what inspired this whole setup.

Adorable isn’t it?! Even my husband liked this ghost picture…which says something because he doesn’t “get” my home decor obsession. He just goes with the flow.

Ghostly Extras

Originally I had planned on adding Cricut vinyl to the charcuterie ghost board to create a Halloween coffee bar sign. But I ended up deciding against doing that and kept this spooky coffee bar minimal and focused on the ghosts.

One of the benefits of keeping your Halloween decor centered around a theme is that you will be able to easily swap out elements. For example, the lighted ghost from the Halloween Sweets Coffee Tray Idea can easily be placed in the coffee bar for added ambiance.

Of course there isn’t a space in my kitchen that doesn’t showcase some element from Hearth and Hand with Magnolia. At the Halloween coffee station I keep our 80 ounces coffee canister from Heath and Hand with Magnolia. It’s used daily and I absolutely love it!
